Cinderella Town is a first ever small cottage township in Kuakata with 100 bungalow cottages, each of them being built on a 3 katha plot. Each of the 1300 square feet duplex cottages has a drawing, dining, kitchen and a bath on the ground floor and two bed rooms with attached baths and attached balconies on the first floor. (Pls note, the previous measurement of the duplex cottage has been revised; from 900, it is now 1300 square feet!)
The cottage is decorated with modern fittings such as Beds, Sofa Sets, Dining Tables, Fridge, TV and air conditioner in the master bed room. Also gas oven with cylinder in the kitchen, all necessary crockery and utensils including a dinner set are provided. All sorts of clean linens and towels like bed covers, pillow covers, towels etc will be provided on a day to day basis. Outside the cottages, the 3 katha plot has a built in umbrella and seats for visitors and a bar-b-que facility for outdoor cooking!
Cinderella Town is situated to one a half KM west from the zero point of Kuakata. Both the south and north ends of the town have two government roads connecting to the nearby marine drive of Kuakata. It takes about 5-10 minutes walk to reach the sea beach from any of the ends of the town.
Who’s doing it?
A well reputed farm in Kuakata established some 10 years ago, Shiblee Hatchery & Farms Ltd (SHFL) is building this town on its own land. The land has been part of its farm used for fish and cattle rearing since 2005. SHFL has its strong presence in Kuakata with CSR activities since 2002. The Managing Director of SHFL is also the Secretary of Golda Hatchery Association of Bangladesh (G-HAB) and a Director of Bangladesh Aqua Culture Alliance (BAA).
How to buy?
Each fully furnished cottage with 3 katha land’s free hold (saaf Koboa) price is 46.80 lacs taka. But any one can purchase fractional ownership of a cottage with land for 3 days/ 5 dyas/ 7 days/15 days/or 30 days. This means, the owner will have dedicated ownership of a cottage for those 3/5/7/15/30 days for ever! This unique time sharing ownership allows an owner to use his/her cottage only for those days purchased.
For whole cottage buyer, you can book your cottage with a token money (negotiable) and enter into an agreement to take the delivery within 12 months from the signing date. As the construction work of your cottage is in progress, you will pay the running bill.
